What are the Athletic Crew Socks?
These are crew-length socks with medium cushioning, designed to provide ample comfort and odour control all day long, whether on the hill, heading to work, working out at the gym or relaxing at home.
What are they made of?
These socks comprise a blend of Infiknit™ nylon yarns with polyester, combed cotton and elastane for added stretch.
Infiknit™ high-filament nylon yarns are twisted into select areas of the footbed to increase durability for longer hikes and regular use. Nylon is exceptionally robust yet lightweight enough to resist adding excessive bulk to the design.
Feel360™ is designed to keep you in comfort for longer so that you can keep your adventure going instead of cutting it short because of pains or aching. It uses premium twisted yarn to decrease the amount of wear and tear with reactive fibres that promote temperature regulation and radically accelerate moisture wicking. Added silver ions also reduce any odour-causing bacteria that has built up as you wear the socks by 99.95% - impressive, right?
What are their features?
The medium-level cushioning provides moderate padding underneath the foot to create a more secure fit and help to reduce impact from intense activities and harsh movements.
A classic crew length gives you extra warmth and protection in colder or wetter conditions (although these are not waterproof), almost hitting the mid-point of your lower leg.
Performance mesh helps to increase airflow for maximum temperature regulation, helping to ward off that slippery sweat build-up.
Seamless toes are much more comfortable; it prevents rubbing, chafing and catching at the ends of your feet, which can sure become uncomfortable on the move.
Lastly, engineered ankle protection helps to prevent your shoes from rubbing against the skin, giving them the relief they deserve for working hard on tough routes or after longer workouts.
