What is it made of?
This hoodie is constructed with nylon stretch jersey, which feels comfortable and soft next to the skin yet is durable enough to endure a beating in rugged environments.
The material is treated with GTT Empel™ technology. Green Theme Technologies Empel™ DWR takes a much more sustainable approach to water repellent treatments, being completely free of water, palm oil and PFC pollutants to lessen its environmental impact without compromising performance and durability.
Underarm panels also feature HeiQ Pure Odour Control technology. HeiQ® Pure odour neutralising technology uses non-ionic silver-based antimicrobial odour control and achieves a high antimicrobial efficacy from a low dosage. It allows you to benefit from all the technical material performance without spoiling the fresh mountain air. Plus, it means you can get away with washing this baselayer less, so not only do you have less laundry to do, but you save more water, too!

This hoodie has been designed to fit well underneath a harness, with a considered length and fit, and thumb loops at the end of the sleeves help to keep everything in place as you reach high for your next hold.
The half-zip opening provides ventilation when needed most and makes it easy to slip this layer on or off. There's also a zipped chest pocket for small valuables or essentials like trail snacks and energy gels.
