At this point, we would just like to let you know please be aware we only ship to UK addresses.
Trekitt Click & Collect: Simply order your items, select Click & Collect, and when your order is ready for collection, we will contact you using the email provided when the order was placed. Click and Collect orders to our Hereford shop are free of charge.
DPD Next Working Day Delivery (£3.99): Orders under £65 - To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery, order before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 1pm Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched the next available working day. Not inclusive of highlands and islands.
DPD Next Working Day Delivery (Free): Orders over £65 - To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery, order before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 1pm Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched the next available working day. Any orders shipped to the Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands, & NI will be placed on the DPD Offshore Service which is a 2–3-day service depending on location.
Highlands and Offshore (£14.40): Orders under £65 - To qualify for Next Working Day Delivery, order before 1pm Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after 1pm Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched the next available working day. Any orders shipped to the Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands, & NI will be placed on the DPD Offshore Service which is a 2–3-day service depending on location.
DPD Paid Express Saturday (£14.40): To qualify for Saturday Delivery, order before 1pm Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched the next available working day. Not inclusive of highlands and islands.
DPD Next Working Day Delivery by 12pm (£8.50): To qualify for Next Day Delivery by 12pm, order before 1pm Monday-Thursday. Any orders placed after 1pm Thursday - Sunday will be despatched the next available working day. Not inclusive of highlands and islands.
DPD Ship to Shop/Pick Up (£4.00): Delivered to a shop near you, there's over 2,500 locations to choose from! Please note – Any orders which are not collected by customers from ship to shop services (within the seven day collection window) will incur a £20 charge deducted from their refund amount for the return delivery charge back to us, the sender.
We work closely with DPD to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here’s what you need to know about delivery attempts and parcel collection:
Missed deliveries
DPD will attempt to deliver your parcel twice to your chosen address or safe space.
If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be redirected to a local Pickup Shop for collection.
You will have 7 days to collect your parcel from the Pickup Shop before it is returned to us.
In total, you will have 9 days to receive or collect your parcel.
Missed Delivery
If your parcel is not collected within the time frame and is returned to Trekitt:
High Value Orders
To protect both you and us, all orders over £500 will be shipped via DPD’s PIN-verified delivery service:
Your order must be delivered to the address specified at checkout.
On the day of delivery, a unique 4-digit PIN code will be sent to you via email or the DPD app.
The delivery driver will not release the goods unless the correct PIN is provided at the door.
If DPD is unable to delivery after two delivery attempts due to the PIN not being entered or the recipient not being available, the parcel will be returned to Trekitt. In this case:
