We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Alpenglow Pro Hoodie?

Whether hiking during the summertime, bikepacking or training at the crag, the Alpenglow Pro Hoodie will keep you protected all day long; it's a versatile hoodie designed to provide shielding from both sun and light showers, thanks to its UPF 50+ and water-resistant construction.

What is it made of?

The Alpenglow Pro comprises a nylon stretch jersey, which is lightweight yet incredibly durable and feels smooth against the skin. The fabric offers UPF 50+ sun protection to deliver effective shielding from the sun's harmful rays, making it ideal for those adventuring midsummer and who hate the feeling of sticky sun cream!

It's treated with GTT Empel™ technology to provide ample water resistance. However, please note that this doesn't make it completely waterproof. Green Theme Technologies (GTT) Empel™ DWR takes a much more sustainable approach to water-repellent treatments, being completely free of water, palm oil and PFC pollutants to lessen its environmental impact.

Mesh panels under the arms are treated with HeiQ Fresh odour neutralising technology, which uses food industry sugar by-products to create one of the most environmentally friendly and least harmful ways of neutralising odour. It allows you to benefit from all the performance of nylon without spoiling the fresh mountain air!

What features does it have?

A quarter-zip opening at the neck allows for extra ventilation when working hard, while the elasticated over-the-helmet hood provides further coverage for multi-pitch ascents and long belay jobs in exposed surroundings.

The specifically developed length and fit are harness-compatible for maximum functionality and comfort. Thumb loops help to keep the sleeves in place when reaching for the next hold or handling gear.

Last but not least, this hoodie comes with a zipped chest pocket for keeping valuables and small essentials close to hand, whether trail snacks, energy gels, keys or a mobile phone.
