What is the Alpine Pro SS T-shirt?
It's a short-sleeved baselayer, initially designed for trail running but suitable for a vast range of activities, whether hiking, scrambling, skiing or working out in the gym. It's made with Polygiene® technology for odour control, and lightweight polyester material that is durable and smooth against the skin.
What is it made of?
The Alpine Pro SS is made with bluesign® approved recycled polyester which is lightweight, durable and breathable. It has inserts made with a blend of recycled and non-recycled polyester, which is also bluesign® approved, for extra reinforcement.
The material is treated with Polygiene® to provide permanent odour-control. Polygiene® prevents the growth of odour-causing bacteria and fungi by integrating a low concentration of silver salt into the fabric. Silver salt does not contain nanosilver and has natural antimicrobial properties, which are only active in the textile itself.
Polygiene is also bluesign® approved, ensuring that the material is safe for workers, consumers and the environment and meets rigorous independent environmental and product lifecycle standards.
What are its features?
It has short sleeves that fit comfortably without feeling too tight around your biceps and a classic crew neckline. For a baselayer, it's super lightweight and finished with reflective detailing to give you additional visibility if you're out after hours.
