What is the Dart Long Sleeve T-Shirt?
It's an updated version of Montane's best-selling Dart Long Sleeve T-shirt. The Dart is a long-sleeved technical baselayer ideal for almost any outdoor adventure across the seasons. It's highly moisture-wicking, fast drying and super comfortable to wear whether you're trail running in the mountains, hill walking with friends, or tackling challenging mountain bike routes.
What is it made from?
The Dart Long Sleeve Tee is made from Montane's high-performance Apex fabric, which is made from 100% recycled polyester. This Apex fabric can quickly wick away sweat to keep you cool while working hard, while also being fast-drying and highly breathable. Being made from 100% recycled materials, the Dart is a great choice for eco-conscious adventurers.
The only downside to a polyester baselayer is that, traditionally, it can start to get a bit fousty after a day of hard use. Montane has eliminated this by applying a Polygiene permanent anti-odour treatment to the fabric. This allows you to wear the Dart for multiple days between washes, which is great not only for multiple-day adventures, but better for the environment too!
What are its features?
The Dart features a comfortable round neck, body contouring regular fit for effective moisture control and a small Montane logo on the wearer's left arm. It also boasts a UPF 20+ rating for sun protection, making it ideal for year-round use in various conditions.
What's new? This updated version of the Dart Long Sleeve T-Shirt now features Merrow stitch lines instead of Montane's traditional flat locked seams. This new stitching still offers a neater aesthetic to the top, whilst also providing a much better stretch, allowing it to withstand the rigour of frequent active use without worrying about breaking the stitches when you're getting changed in a hurry. This Merrow stitching is dense but still super soft to offer the same chafe-free comfort as before.
