What is the Abisko Lite Fleece Jacket?
The Abisko Lite is a packable fleece designed primarily to accompany you for milder adventures between spring and autumn. It's versatile enough to wear as a lightweight outer layer on a mild summer evening by the campfire or even as a midlayer on a frosty spring morning.
What is it made of?
This midlayer comprises recycled polyester, giving it some extra eco-friendly credentials! Though recycled, it doesn't skimp on quality. It still feels lovely and soft against the skin, dries fast and can wick away moisture effectively, ideal for warmer conditions or intense activities. The fabric construction also retains heat well while being breathable, lightweight and highly packable, making it a good backup layer to pop in your backpack for pit stops on the hill.
What are its features?
Two zipped hand pockets are ideal for keeping small essentials like trail snacks, energy gels or a spare pair of gloves. The zipped chest pocket also keeps mobile phones or GPS devices within reach without feeling like they weigh down the bottom of the jacket.
Discreet thumbholes are integrated into the cuffs. These are super handy for keeping the sleeves in place, especially if you're slipping a jacket over the top, whilst giving your hands a little extra coverage when it's chilly.
The full-length zipper at the front is easy to use and can even be unzipped halfway if you need some extra ventilation.
