What is the Reila Half Zip Fleece?
It's a comfy, half-zip fleece designed for both casual and outdoor use, whether hill walking during the winter, socialising at the pub or relaxing at home. This jumper's versatile style means you can pair it with jeans, hiking pants, or even your favourite pyjamas!
What is it made of?
The Reila uses a mix of recycled wool, polyamide and polyester to combine functionality and comfort without having a huge environmental impact. It feels warm and soft against the skin, should you just wear a t-shirt underneath.
Wool has some excellent natural performance properties, including temperature regulation and durability. The added synthetic fibres give this fleece extra reinforcement and help it dry quickly, whether freshly washed or you got caught in a sudden shower.
What are its features?
Two zip pockets are ideal for keeping your mobile phone or wallet within reach.
A high, protective collar helps retain warmth, yet you can get extra ventilation when you need it using the half zip that runs down the centre front. The zip has a chin guard at the top to prevent it from rubbing uncomfortably on the skin when fully fastened, which is handy for colder days when you're wearing the Reila for extended periods.
Lastly, the cuffs, collar, and hem have elastic binding for additional freedom of movement. This slight stretch around the cuffs lets you fit a watch or gloves underneath.
