What is the Dot Matrix Jacket?

It's a midweight fleece designed for both technical mountain days and casual adventures closer to home. Thanks to its versatile design, which combines casual looks with specialised materials, you can wear it virtually anywhere.

What is it made of?

This fleece jacket is made using recycled polyester and regular polyester, which feels soft next to the skin and provides ample warmth for wintry days on the hill. Of course, using recycled material also helps lessen this fleece's environmental impact without compromising performance and durability.

Mountain Equipment also works with FairWear to ensure safe, ethical working conditions in their factories, helping to protect workers' rights and being considerate and responsible with their processes.

What are its features?

Coverstitched seams throughout provide exceptional comfort and help to minimise rubbing and chafing, especially when wearing a backpack for prolonged periods.

The YKK® centre-front zip allows easy on-and-off and doubles as ventilation if you need to dump heat quickly.

An elastane-bound hood and hem cinches in the material to help seal in warmth while reducing the overall volume of this fleece, making it easy to accommodate other layers.

For storage, there are two zipped hand pockets for essentials such as snacks and energy gels. These two pockets also make great hand warmers when you forget your gloves!
