Exemptions

What is the Power Stretch Pro Jacket?

It's an abrasion-resistant technical fleece hoodie that can be worn as a high-performance midlayer or a light outer layer in milder conditions. It's highly breathable, moisture-wicking and ideal for various outdoor activities in cold conditions. Created from Polartec Powerstretch Pro, it offers warmth, comfort and unhindered movement, making it a versatile addition to your technical layering system.

What is it made from?

This midweight fleece hoody is constructed from high-performance Polartec® Power Stretch® Pro™ fabric. Power Stretch Pro is a soft and warm fleece fabric that offers a four-way stretch for complete freedom of movement. It's also highly breathable and moisture-wicking to regulate your temperature when you're working hard, making it great for mountain activities and versatile technical layering.

Power Stretch Pro differs from standard Power Stretch by having an incredibly tough and abrasion-resistant nylon face fabric that can withstand the wear and tear of frequent use with a pack or harnesses. This impressive durability makes it an excellent choice for climbing, scrambling and mountaineering when you need durable kit that can withstand rugged mountain faces and challenging crags.

What are its features?

The fleece features a simple front zip closure with a soft chin guard to keep it from catching or snagging against your face when fully zipped. Low bulk, flatlock seams throughout help to reduce the overall bulk of the fleece and reduce the risk of any chaffing when worn for long periods. It also provides lasting comfort for technical layering and active use.

A snug-fitting hood sits comfortably underneath a climbing helmet, protecting you from the elements. Thumb loops at the cuffs provide added coverage across the wrists to retain warmth. The thumb loops help you avoid the uncomfortable feeling of bunched-up sleeves when you slip on more layers.

Two YKK® zipped hand pockets provide storage for trail snacks, a mobile phone and a GPS device. They also offer a cosy home from cold hands, when the Power Stretch Pro is worn as an outer layer.

How does it fit?

The Power Stretch Pro is created with a slim fit, which sits close to the body to maximise its insulating and moisture-wicking properties, to keep you warm and comfortable during high-output adventures.

1Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades of your back. When measuring the bust for women's underwear and swimwear, follow the bra measuring guidelines.

2Waist

Measure at the natural waistline, just above the hip bone.

3Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
