90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. What is the Serren Hoody?

It's a super soft, versatile, zipped hoody made from 100% recycled fibres that's ready for everything from outdoor adventures to relaxing downtime. Easy to throw on for instant cosy warmth, it's perfect for camping, travelling and campervan trips.

What is it made from?

The Serren Hoody is constructed from soft Thermic™ brushed back fleece, specially engineered to be lightweight, warm, fast drying and durable.

This clever Thermic™ fabric is created from 100% recycled fibres and balances durability, warmth and fast-drying properties, allowing it to provide the ultimate performance and adapt to various activities and conditions.

What are its features?

This cosy hoody features a simple zipped front with a full-length zip guard to prevent it from snagging on your baselayer or skin. A generous hood with cord detailing protects you from the elements and provides added warmth on cold summer nights sat by the campfire.

Created with a super-soft knitted sweater design with a cosy brushed-back fleece lining, the Serren Hoody feels comfortable next to the skin, even when worn for long periods.

Two concealed, mesh-lined, zipped hand pockets provide storage for your phone, keys and snacks. They also double up as hand warmers on frosty mornings and chilly evenings. The mesh pocket lining provides ventilation for the hoody if you don't want to unzip fully. Simply leave the pockets unzipped to allow airflow through the hoody to slowly cool you down if you're working up a sweat when putting your tent up.

How does it fit?

The Serren Hoody is created with Rab's regular fit, designed for versatile cross-season use. The fit is contoured to the body but offers plenty of room for layering in the colder months. Predominantly worn as a mid-layer, the Serren Hoody is also suitable as a light outer layer in mild climates.

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
