What is the Shearling Jacket?
It's a super warm, comfortable and fashionable shearling fleece jacket that is ideal for an extra boost of heat when camping, walking, working from home or running everyday errands in winter.
What is it made from?
The Shearling Jacket is constructed from Polartec shearling fleece, created from specialised Thermal Pro® polyester yarn for its luxurious texture, superior warmth and fast drying time. It's also pile-resistant, so even after regular use, it won't look shabby and worn - it's a fleece that will last a lifetime, which is a good job, as it's so soft and cosy you won't want to take it off!
What are its features?
The jacket features a simple front zip opening with a zip and chin guard to stop it from catching on your baselayer or causing any discomfort around the face when fully zipped. A double-layer stand-up collar helps to reduce heat loss and protect your neck from cold drafts.
For storage, two concealed zipped hand pockets offer space for a mobile phone, keys and snacks. They also double up as cosy hand warmers on frosty mornings and chilly evenings when it’s not quite the weather for gloves yet.
Stretch binding to the hem help to keep warm air in and drafts out whilst also improving the overall comfort of the jacket. A woven Rab logo badge to the left hem completes this snuggly winter fleece jacket.
How does it fit?
Created with Rab's relaxed fit, the Shearling Jacket has plenty of room for layering underneath on cold days. It works equally as well as a super-warm midlayer on wet, windy days or as a cosy outer layer in dry conditions.
