90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Crocodile Classic Gaiters?

They're award-winning, waterproof gaiters designed to provide extra protection from wet weather, bogs, and snow when hiking, trekking, and adventuring outdoors.

What are they made of?

These gaiters use a combination of Gore-Tex® 3L nylon, Cordura 2L, a woven nylon foot panel, and a 420D Packcloth lining with a PU coating to offer reliable protection against the elements.

Gore-Tex® 3L delivers exceptional waterproof protection without compromising breathability, keeping you comfortable no matter the conditions.

Abrasion-resistant Cordura panels reinforce high-wear areas and are incredibly durable, making these gaiters better suited to rugged terrain.

Nylon-woven foot panels and a 420D Packcloth lining help enhance the longevity of these gaiters without jeopardising performance, weight, or bulk.

What are their features?

Thanks to their robust construction, durable BioThane® instep straps help keep the gaiters secure with less risk of snapping, wearing down, or breaking.

An abrasion-resistant Cordura® lower exterior and lower Packcloth-lined boot are incredibly durable and protective, offering reassurance in nasty weather and harsh terrain.

A double-stitched front closure is incredibly secure and reliable and can hold the gaiter together sufficiently; it uses a quick and easy hook-and-loop fastening. There's also a buckle top hem closure for extra security.

Reinforced boot lace hooks securely attach to the boot and are strong enough to stay put in tough environments.
