What is the Redline Mitt?
Constructed from Gore-Tex Windstopper® and PrimaLoft® insulation with 800 fill power down, the Redline Mitt offers exceptional warmth and protection. It's been extensively proven on the highest mountains and in extreme Polar expeditions.
What is it made of?
Mountain Equipment has constructed the Redline Mitt from 800 fill power Goose Down with 100% recycled PrimaLoft® Gold insulation throughout the Mitt with a double layer at the fingertips to keep the cold at bay. The outer shell fabric is constructed with Gore-Tex Windstopper® 40D, which is durable and weather-resistant with an FCec-free DWR.
Mountain Equipment has used Pittards® Armortan® Goatskin for the palm of the Mitt with a fibre pile lining throughout for comfort.
What are its features?
The Redline Mitt has been designed with expeditions and the highest peaks in mind. A Box Wall Construction and a pre-curved mitt and thumb allow for more natural movement and precise control.
The Mitt has a gauntlet design for added protection from the elements and Spindrift tabs can be closed to keep the inner Mitt dry.
A single-handed drawcord closure has been included for easy use, and karabiner carry loops and removable wrist tethers for versatile functionality.
