90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Windjammer Beanie?

The Windjammer Beanie is a knitted hat that offers windproof protection, thanks to the Gore-Tex® Infinium™ lining. It's versatile and stylish, perfect for wearing casually day-to-day or outdoors, of course, on exposed mountain trails.

What is it made of?

The outer of the hat uses a durable blend of certified Mulesing-free merino wool and acrylic wool. The wool blend feels warm and lightweight, offering plenty of breathability to improve comfort during intense sessions.

The lining is made of Gore-Tex® Infinium™ for complete windproof protection that doesn't compromise weight and bulk. It helps prevent wind chill, which can hugely impact body temperature when exploring cold climates, yet is breathable enough to wick away moisture through the membrane effectively. Gore-Tex® Infinium™ is also water resistant, so running into some showers when you're out on the hills will be no problem.

Montane has constructed this beanie with a versatile, knitted outer that suits outdoor or everyday use. As mentioned, it has a windproof Gore-Tex® Infinium™ lining which feels smooth against the skin.
