90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Knitted Logo Headband?

This headband is designed to keep your ears warm and insulated in that icy winter breeze. It has a versatile, casual design that you can wear casually or for mountain missions when the temperature drops.

What is it made of?

Not only is it warm and cosy, this headband is pretty sustainable too! Hip hip hooray to the environment.

The Knitted Logo Headband is constructed using 100% recycled polyester, which is really light and durable yet feels super smooth and soft against the skin.

What are its features?

As you may have already noticed, the headband is decorated with a tonal, enlarged Rab motif across the design. It has a built-in, recycled fleece headband on the inside that feels extra snug against your ears.

This headband feels extremely comfortable when worn. It sits nicely on the head without squeezing too tight, and unlike other thick knitted headbands, you can actually hear what's happening around you when it's over your ears - bonus!

Slim Fit: Slim fitting, sitting close to the body, great for showing of your guns and pecks.

Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting garments that are bang in the middle. The middle is good.

Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body, baggy fit.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
