90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Logo Band Beanie?

The Logo Band Beanie is the perfect accessory for when the weather gets a little nippy. The versatile style and insulating fleece headband make this beanie ideal for all-round, everyday use, whether you're out in the hills or running errands around town.

What is it made of?

Impressively, this hat is constructed using 100% recycled polyester. The inner headband even uses recycled fleece, which feels extra soft on the skin - even though it's recycled, there is certainly no compromise with quality and comfort!

The recycled polyester feels lightweight and cosy. It's flexible to fit various head shapes and sizes and performs exceptionally in cold weather.

What are the features?

Unsurprisingly, this beanie doesn't come with an endless list of features - less is more, right?

However, as previously mentioned, it does have the lovely fleece lined headband inside for optimum comfort. The fine gauge knit construction gives it that traditional knitted winter look. Plus, the Rab logo motif is a real stand out point for this beanie - if bold graphics and logo prints are your thing, then this beanie is the one for you.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
