90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

What is the Momentum 5 Panel Cap?

It's a sporty mountain running cap built with breathable, wicking fabrics and a lightweight brim to offer comfortable protection from the elements for fast-paced activities. It's the perfect accessory for trail running, mountain running, fastpacking, hiking, or even taking a quick jog around the neighbourhood before work.

What is it made of?

The 100% recycled polyester outer provides plenty of performance with a lesser impact on our precious planet. The material is a breathable mesh that can wick away moisture quickly when working up a sweat.

What are its features?

The soft brim makes this cap super packable. It can fold down small enough to store in anything from a belt pack or running vest to a big kit bag, and weighing a mere 46g, you'll barely know it's even in there!

The 3D mesh inner headband is comfortable and prevents sweat from collecting underneath the cap - this, too, will quickly wick away any moisture to help you feel fresh throughout your session.

A low-profile adjuster at the back allows you to optimise the fit around different head shapes and sizes without adding too much weight or bulk to the design.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
