It's a versatile, chunky knit jumper made with RWS-certified merino wool, which provides exceptional performance, comfort, and temperature regulation in the style of a traditional sweater.
What is it made of?
This jumper is made with 100% RWS-certified merino wool. Merino wool is renowned for its fantastic performance properties, being naturally soft, breathable, fast drying, and odour resistant. It's also effective at regulating temperature, keeping you warm during the winter and cooler during the summer, making it ideal for wearing all year round. Wool is also immensely responsible compared to newly made, conventional materials on the market and performs incredibly well. It's also biodegradable, renewable, and completely natural. Of course, unlike synthetic materials like polyester, merino wool doesn't use fossil fuels to produce either.
The wool used in this product is RWS-certified. The RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certification helps improve animal welfare whilst preserving and protecting land health by assessing the welfare of the sheep that the wool came from and the land they graze on. The RWS also requires all parties, from farmer to seller, to meet the standard, leaving no stone unturned to offer complete transparency.
What are its features?
The mono-fibre construction of this jumper makes it easy to recycle at the end of its life, meaning once you're done with it, it could be made into a new garment instead of being thrown into landfill.
