What is the Granit Shirt?

It's a heavy lumberjack-style shirt, perfect for outdoor lifestyles yet versatile enough to wear casually for everyday use. Whether you're off for a beer, taking the kids to school or simply running errands at the weekend, the Granit shirt is warm, comfortable and stylish to keep you looking and feeling great all day long.

What is it made of?

The Granit Shirt contains a mixture of acrylic, wool and polyester fibres that is exceptionally warm and durable. It also has reinforcement patches on the shoulders made of Fjallraven's very own G1000® Silent Eco material.

G1000® Silent Eco is designed to be quiet as you move around. It's smooth and soft, yet still extremely durable like regular G1000®.

It uses a blend of 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton, which is lightweight, ventilating and hardwearing.

G1000® materials can be adapted to different personal preferences or climatic conditions using Greenland Wax. The wax allows you to customise the fabric's properties, such as wind and water resistance and breathability.

What are its features?

As previously mentioned, this shirt is extremely warm, perfect for layering up. It can be worn with a t-shirt or baselayer underneath in the autumn or a jacket over the top during winter when you need extra insulation.

Two chest pockets provide storage for small belongings like a mobile phone, snacks or keys. They have an envelope-style flap at the top and are fastened with a button to give the shirt a classic country look.

Finally, subtle pleats at the back of the shirt help to enhance the shape and provide a full range of movement.
