What is the Kanken Art T-Shirt?
It's an easy-to-wear, unisex casual t-shirt that boasts the ancestral artwork of Charlene Johnny, a Coast Salish artist from the Quw'utsun tribes of Duncan, BC. As part of this season's Kanken Art range, you'll find matching Kanken packs, accessories, and hip packs available.
It's part of the Arctic Fox Initiative like the rest of the range, meaning part of each sale goes to environmental and climate projects. So, by purchasing this pack, you're adding an awesome t-shirt to your wardrobe and giving to a worthy cause at the same time!
What is it made from?
The Kanken Art T-Shirt is constructed from 100% organic cotton, which has a luxurious, super soft hand feel. It's exceptionally comfortable next to the skin, making this tee suitable for everyday use as well as casual outdoor use.
Organic cotton is more environmentally responsible than traditional cotton because it uses less harsh manufacturing processes, which use less energy and water to create. It also releases fewer greenhouse gasses during its production. The finished result is a beautifully soft cotton that is more environmentally sensitive than its intensely processed equivalent.
What are its features?
This t-shirt is simple in design to allow Charlene Johnny’s ancestral artwork to take centre stage. It does, however, feature a simple round neckline, short sleeves and a comfortable, relaxed fit, which adds to the t-shirt's overall casual style.
