What is the Tamaro Undyed Long Sleeve Shirt?
It's an all-natural alternative to synthetic shirts, thanks to its naturally coloured cotton material. The Tamaro provides optimum all-day comfort and longevity for everyday wear, whether on or off the hill, and looks fantastic with virtually anything, from jeans and shorts to hiking pants.
What is it made of?
This shirt is made with Fibre For Good, which comprises 100% organic, undyed, naturally coloured cotton. Fibre For Good is known for its gentle, eco-friendly fabric used in babywear and everyday adult clothing.
This organic, undyed cotton is chemical-free, made using chemical-free processes that use 90% less water than conventional, dyed cotton, dramatically reducing its environmental impact. It's also hand-picked and grown from non-modified cotton seeds that have descended from thousands of years old plants - harvested, saved and valued by FFG farmers for generations.
The material feels incredibly soft on the skin and has naturally hypoallergenic and anti-static properties, making it much healthier to wear, especially if you're wearing it every day!
Mammut also works with FairWear to ensure safe, ethical working conditions in their factories, helping to protect workers' rights and being considerate and sustainable with their processes.
What are its features?
The obvious highlight feature is the organic, undyed fabric, explained above. However, the shirt comes with two buttoned chest pockets, ideal for tucking away cash, a mobile phone, pens or earphones.
Adjustable cuffs allow you to dial in the fit, handy when wearing bracelets, smartwatches or gloves. The shirt is neatly finished with a subtle faux-leather patch detail, giving it a casual yet traditional country edge that would look perfect with either jeans or hiking pants.
