What are they made of?
The Hiker Micro Crew Socks are made with a combination of soft merino wool, nylon and Lycra Spandex® for stretch, the perfect all-round material that offers both durability and functionality.
Merino wool is known for its natural odour resistance and moisture wicking properties, so no matter what shoes or boots you wear or what season you're exploring in, you won't have to put up with clammy, sweaty feet throughout the day. It's highly breathable to promote temperature regulation and low in weight and bulk for improved comfort.
What are their features?
These socks sit around five inches above a low hiking shoe or just above a standard boot, and run around 7.5 inches from the heel to the cuff. They're made with a performance fit that helps prevent them from slipping down your feet, bunching up and blisters from developing on longer routes.
The Hiker Micro Crew Midweight Hiking Socks are partly cushioned with soft terry loop cushioning to target the underfoot, over the ankle and Achilles. The footbed and Achilles are also reinforced for increased longevity to ensure you won't need to buy a replacement pair for years to come.
