What are the Alpine Hybrid Pants?
The Alpine Hybrid Pants are durable trousers, ideal for mountain missions and alpine ascents when the weather is changeable. They offer water-repellent protection and abrasion resistance to survive rugged environments.
What are they made of?
These trousers are made with a four-way stretch woven nylon with added elastane for extra flexibility. The material is finished with a GTT Empel finish, which provides exceptional water resistance (please note, this does not make these trousers fully waterproof) and breathability.
Green Theme Technologies (GTT) Empel™ DWR uses a much more environmentally conscious approach to water-repellent treatments, being completely free of water, palm oil and PFC pollutants to lessen its environmental impact.
What are their features?
These trousers have a midrise cut to give you a comfortable amount of coverage when stepping high and moving more dynamically.
Fabric overlays in the knees and seat reinforce high-wear areas to increase durability. Articulated knees and a gusseted inseam provide exceptional mobility. The gusset also helps remove pressure from vital seams, preventing embarrassing split trousers moments on the hill!
You also get an adjustable webbing belt with an updated buckle; it's super easy to use and lets you achieve a perfect fit every time.
For storage, there are two front zip pockets and a right-side zip pocket, perfect for stashing essentials such as snacks and energy gels.
