What are the Hoja Hybrid Shorts?
They're highly versatile and superbly comfortable outdoor shorts, ideal for almost any outdoor activity in warm climates. With a fantastic range of movement and hybrid G1000® Lite Stretch construction, they are the ideal do-it-all summer shorts, that not only perform, but look great too!
What are they made from?
The shorts are constructed from a combination of Fjallraven's G-1000® Lite Stretch fabric to the front, which provides protection against wind and light rain, and four-way stretch panels to the rear provide an excellent range of movement and all-day comfort.
G1000® Lite Stretch offers exceptional flexibility whilst still being durable enough to deal with rough outdoor terrain. Like Fjallraven's other G1000® materials, the G1000® Lite Stretch front panels can be adapted to suit different personal preferences or climatic conditions using Greenland Wax, which allows you to customise the fabric's properties, such as wind and water resistance and breathability.

The back of the shorts are constructed from a soft, four-way stretch technical fabric, which compromises recycled polyamide and elastane for an excellent range of movement and flex. The recycled polyamide yarns help transport away moisture and dry quickly, while the elastane gives the fabric a robust stretch for improved comfort and freedom of movement, allowing these shorts to be lightweight, fast-drying and exceptionally comfortable.
What are their features?
The Hoja Hybrid Shorts are fully optimised for freedom of movement and comfort whilst cycling and are ideal to be worn over Fjallraven's S/F Adventure Bib Shorts or other padded bike shorts for a more casual biking style, without compromising on comfort!
A soft, part-elasticated waistband provides comfort for longer rides and bending down or stretching. The waistband features a simple zippered fly and button closure and belt loops, so you can easily add a belt should you need to tailor the fit around the waist. A moisture-wicking mesh lining helps keep you feeling fresh when you're pushing hard in warm climates.
For storage, you'll find two hand pockets and a single leg pocket ideal for stowing a mobile phone, wallet, trail snacks and energy gels. All of the pockets are zippered to prevent your belongings from falling out on the trail.
The crotch has been reinforced for added durability and comfort, so you don't have to worry about any embarrassing short-splitting incidents. Subtle reflective detailing to the inner hems finishes the design. The hems can be turned up and exposed while riding your bike for added road safety and easily turned down and hidden when not required.
