What are the Topitza Lined Pants?
They're stretchy fleece-lined trousers designed for mid-winter adventures, whether in the mountains or heading into town. The Topitza Lined Pants are versatile for outdoor activities like hiking and trekking and casual day-to-day errands like heading to work or doing the weekly shop.
What are they made of?
The outer comprises a blend of polyamide and elastane. Polyamide provides a significant level of durability without excessive weight and bulk. It's abrasion resistant and, therefore, can take a good beating in rugged terrain.
Elastane provides a bit of stretch to enhance freedom of movement and comfort for steep ascents and tricky scrambling routes.
PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) is added to encourage rain and snow to bead off the fabric instead of soaking in. If you're unsure, PFC-free means it hasn't used per-fluorinated chemicals that harm the environment - a much greener choice than conventional treatments.
Frilufts has used fluffy polyester fleece to line the inside of the trousers. Polyester is exceptionally light yet has a lovely smooth, soft finish that feels comfortable next to the skin. It's warm yet can wick away moisture effectively to leave you feeling fresh and dry, even after working up a sweat in the mountains.
What are their features?
A mid-rise waistband gives you support without feeling restrictive or uncomfortable. It has belt loops for wearing a belt or attaching accessories and small carabiners if you need to carry extra gear.
Two hand pockets offer a safe place to store small essentials like doggy bags or hill snacks, while a zippered rear pocket is more secure for valuables like a phone, wallet or set of keys.
Preformed knees give you plenty of mobility around the joints and sit more naturally on the leg.
