What are the Slipstream Twin Skin Shorts?
They're lightweight, breathable shorts designed with a run-specific fit to maximise comfort, breathability and performance during intense activity, whether trail running, mountain running, fastpacking, or even working out in the gym.
What are they made of?
The outer short is made with Aeroflyte QD, constructed using stretch polyester, which is lightweight, durable and flexible.
The inner shorts and waistband comprise Carvico, a durable material that uses sustainable ECONYL® yarns.
ECONYL® yarns are made from nylon waste, including fishing nets, old carpets and nylon industrial waste, which would otherwise be disregarded to landfills, polluting the Earth. The material boasts the same properties as brand-new nylon, being durable, smooth on the skin and unrestrictive with a reduced environmental impact.
What are their features?
The stretchy waistband sits comfortably on the skin and provides flexibility for intense activities. It has an internal drawcord that allows you to optimise the fit without adding excessive bulk and weight around the midsection.
These shorts do, in fact, have pockets! There's one rear zipped pocket that works well for small valuables like a mobile phone, or set of keys and a rear gel shot pocket for, yep, you guessed it, energy gels.
They come in a running fit that sits closer to the body, allowing the shorts to move with you without being restrictive and uncomfortable, and are finished with reflective details to increase visibility.
