What are the Comici Shorts?
The Comici Shorts are versatile enough for various activities in the mountains or a little closer to home. They're super durable, lightweight and stretchy enough to offer sufficient freedom of movement for hiking, scrambling or climbing while comfy enough to be worn regularly during the summer.
What are they made of?
M.E use their Exolite 125 softshell fabric on the shorts; this fabric is extremely durable, lightweight, breathable, fast-drying and stretchy. What more could you want?!
To top it off, this fabric is coated in a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating to repel light rain. If you weren't sure, PFC-free means that this treatment avoids any nasty chemicals that cause damage to the environment, making it much healthier for our precious planet!
What are their features?
These shorts are designed with an 'Active Fit' which sits closer to the skin to prevent excess fabric from gaping and catching on rocks or rugged terrain; handy for climbing more tricky routes or training in the gym.
There are two zippered hand pockets, ideal for snacks and energy gels, alongside a zippered thigh pocket which works nicely for bulkier essentials like a mobile phone or GPS.
The Comici Shorts come with press-stud closure and a low-profile integrated belt that sits smoothly on the waist to prevent digging in when wearing a climbing harness. It also saves you some pennies as you won't need to buy an extra belt!
