What is the Alpine Mountain Pro Skort?

There are times when a skirt not only looks good but feels like the best choice and is great to take you from the wilds to civilisation. However, sometimes we all need a little more coverage, plus who wants to worry about oversharing on a scramble up the slopes?! This is where the skort wins, the look and feel of a skirt, with the security and practicality of shorts.
What is it made from?
It's made using durable, fast-drying, four-way stretch fabric that is Bluesign® approved, meaning it's better for you and the environment.
The exterior skirt comprises a wrinkle resistant, four-way stretch, made from a blend of 88% recycled polyester and 12% elastane. It's treated with fluorine-free CO DWR (durable water repellent), which adds water resistance without intoxicating the environment with harmful 'forever chemicals' in the process. Although please take note this doesn't make them waterproof.
The internal shorts are a stretch jersey knit which offers fantastic freedom of movement and feels lovely against the skin.
What are its features?
The water-resistant outer skirt is not only good for unpredictable weather but is great at helping little drink spillages to slide off rather than soak in, giving you longer between washes. The durable, quick-dry fabric means that if you do get caught in a downpour or you've finally had to wash these shorts, you won't be waiting for days before you can pull them back on and get back to your serious adventuring or your relaxing weekend.
The jersey inner shorts are breathable and stretchy, letting you move unhindered and without continuously tugging at your hemline.
A multi-flex waistband uses low-profile elastic to give you a better fit but without the bulk. And what's better than a skirt/shorts combination? That combo, but with pockets! Thre's two at the front and two at the back, keeping your keys, phone, and lip balm always close at hand.
