What are the Compass Versa Pants?
The Compass Versa Pants are lightweight, durable and stretchy outdoor trousers suitable for year-round adventures. They’re super versatile and offer lasting comfort and a good range of movement with lesser weight and bulk than traditional walking trousers.
What are they made from?
The Compass Versa Pants are constructed from Sprayway's TecWEAVE™ stretch fabric. As you have probably guessed by the name, this fabric is really stretchy and created in a technical double weave. Apart from being flexible and comfortable to wear, this fabric is also fast-drying and highly breathable, making it suitable for a wide range of activities. It's finished with a DWR (durable water repellent) treatment to encourage rain to bead off the material instead of soaking in, providing light weather protection.
What are their features?
A semi-elasticated waist improves freedom of movement and relieves restriction around the midsection for steep ascents and technical scrambles. A removable webbing belt helps to provide a secure fit and offers flexibility should you wish to change or remove the belt. The belt loops also offer space to hook accessory carabiners for easy access to small essentials.
The waistband is lined with tricot material, providing a soft, smooth finish and helping to wick away moisture when working up a sweat to enhance all-day comfort.
For storage, there are two hand pockets, ideal for storing smaller items, whilst two thigh pockets offer space for bulkier items such as a mobile phone, GPS device and trail snacks. There is also one back pocket with a D-ring for more valuable items like car keys or a wallet. All the pockets have a zipped closure to give you peace of mind that you won't lose your valuables out on the hill.
