90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Quest Boxers?

Simple, tough and easy to take care of, the Quest's are made using a moisture wicking nylon and feature SAXX's BallPark Pouch for maximum comfort. 

What are they made of?

They're made using a mixture of nylon, spandex and polyester; the nylon is super tough and wicks away moisture, the spandex adds stretch and the polyester adds comfort. 

What are the features?

Well, in all SAXX underwear the main feature is their patented BallPark pouch that encapsulates your meat and two veg inside 2 mesh wings, highlighted in the 3rd image above. All models also feature an ergonomic THREE-D nine-panel construction to create unparalleled fit and support around glutes, thighs, quads and hamstrings. Finally, SAXX had the clever idea of reversing the stitching so the flatter, softer side of the stitch sits next to the skin resulting in an itch-free experience.

The Quest Boxers feature a slim fit with a fly. The spandex adds tonnes of stretch, so they never feel restrictive.
