We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. What are the Talus Shorts?

The Talus Shorts from Rab are a high-stretch, lightweight mountain and trail running short which have been designed to let you run in comfort.

What are the Talus Shorts made from?

Made using Rab’s lightweight Matrix softshell fabric to achieve a lightweight and high-stretch short, the Talus Shorts offer a comfortable experience when out in the mountains. Matrix is a single weave, 4-way stretch fabric that offers an incredible amount of stretch and flexibility. Matrix is also wind and water-resistant should conditions deteriorate, but the Talus Shorts are primarily aimed at warm-weather use due to their lightweight nature.

What are the features?

They feature an elasticated waistband with drawcord adjustment for optimal adjustability, whilst a stitch-free bonded hem helps to keep friction to a minimum. A split leg vent helps to ensure outstanding leg lift and cutting down on resistance when moving the knee into a high position. Other running-specific features include a hidden YKK zip pocket for valuables (keys, credit card) and an elasticated drop pocket, perfect for quick access to gels and trail snacks. Unlike most running shorts, the Talus forgoes an inner liner, allowing for greater flexibility in the way you wear them, giving greater choice in overall layering.

How do the Talus Shorts fit?

The Talus Shorts have a regular fit, with a little more room in them to promote airflow to help keep you cool when you’re out working hard in the mountains. It also allows for better freedom of movement than a slimmer fit short.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
