90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. What are the Downpour Eco Pants?

The Downpour Eco Pants are a pair of versatile, lightweight, waterproof over-trousers made from recycled materials. They’re designed to wear all day when the weather is at its worst or roll up and stash in your pack in case of emergencies.

What are they made of?

The Downpour Eco Pants are made using a 100% recycled 50D Pertex Revolve 2.5 layer fabric with a fluorocarbon-free DWR (durable water repellent). Pertex Revolve has a hydrostatic head of 20,000mm with superb breathability and windproofing, thus, you get a pair of over trousers that will remain comfortable even in the worst conditions and under strenuous activity.

Traditional outdoor trousers are a little like a coffee cup; they may contain recyclable materials, but the full product generally isn't recyclable. Rab have, for the first time, constructed both the outer and membrane from recycled polyester, meaning that in addition to being 100% recycled, they can be recycled again at the end of their life.

What are the features?

The Downpour Eco Pants feature knee-length YKK side zips with storm flaps so you can easily get the trousers on and off – even when you have big muddy boots on. The elasticated waistband with drawcord ensures a snug, yet comfortable fit.

How do they fit?

The Downpour Eco Pants feature Rab’s Regular fit - this means they’ll slide on easily over the top of layers, but you won’t have loads of excess material getting in the way and flapping around in the wind.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is often 20cm below your natural waistline.

4Inside leg

Measure from the top of the inside leg to the floor.

5Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

6Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
