90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Super tough 1680D Nylon construction makes the Surge II virtually indestructible and more than adequate to cope with everyday use.  Your laptop or tablet will be well cosseted and protected inside a specific laptop sleeve with an additional smaller neoprene ipad/tablet compartment.

Space is not going to be a problem with this bad boy, but you may just have trouble remembering which pocket you put stuff in.  A massive main compartment will swallow days’ worth of clothing, a fold down organiser pocket will take files and other paraphernalia, two zipped external pockets, a fleecy lined tech pocket for your iPod or sunnies, and then finally there is a stretchy bottle pocket and a zipped stretchy power lead pocket!

Your comfort is ensured with FlexVent injection moulded shoulder straps and a padded Airmesh back panel with Spine Channel and if the hip belt is not required it can be tucked away for uncluttered urban travel.
