90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Rambler Straw Cup?

The YETI Rambler Straw Cup is a tough, insulated tumbler suitable for cold drinks, whether it's a smoothie, iced tea, classic H20 or something fizzy.

What are its features?

The cup is made from high-quality, puncture and rust-resistant stainless steel, built to last for long days in the office, driving in the car or even relaxing in the garden at home. It has a 26fl oz capacity, which is just under 800ml. Though a sizeable amount, this cup still fits into cupholders, making it convenient for travelling and commuting.

A built-in straw lid makes it easy to sip on the go and means you can avoid using pesky single-use straws too! The Rambler Straw® lids are durable and designed to hold your straw safely in place using a moulded-in stopper. Like all other Rambler lids, it's also shatter-resistant, dishwasher-safe and BPA-free. However, please note this lid is not fully leakproof.
