What is the Hi and Light Harness?
It's a lightweight, low-profile dog harness that lightens the load during your dog's everyday walkies and weekend adventures. Whether hiking, biking, running or swimming, it's highly durable, quick-drying and comfortable for your dog to wear. It's an excellent choice for fast-paced adventure dogs, enthusiastic swimmers and those pups who simply appreciate the freedom of a minimalist design.
What is it made from?
The shell of the Hi and Light Harness is made from a highly durable 150 denier polyester ripstop. It's designed to withstand the everyday rigours of use by your dog. Whether they're having a good ole scratch or just rolling around in the dirt - dogs and abrasion go hand in hand. The material is fade-resistant and reassuringly sturdy to the touch whilst also being comfortable enough for everyday wear.
The lining is made from a sturdy 75 denier polyester fabric, which is heat embossed to make it debris-resistant, allowing it to shed dirt, fur and help keep your dog cool and comfortable, even when adventuring off the beaten track.
The secure back V-ring leash attachment point is made from Anodized 6061-T6 aluminium, a sturdy yet lightweight aluminium that ensures a dependable collar-leash connection to give you added confidence knowing that your pup is safe and secure. The front leash attachment is made from an ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene webbing, for excellent durability.
What are its features?
The Hi and Light Harness features a low-bulk minimal construction and a debris-resistant liner that helps to shed dirt and fur, making it the ideal harness for dogs who love to get wet and muddy. Its unpadded design allows it to dry much quicker than a traditional padded harness - a highly useful feature when living in the UK, where wet, rainy walks year-round are a given.
Two leash attachment points give you some versatility if your pooch forgets their leash manners during their walk. The V-ring to the back is ideal for everyday walks and longer adventures, whereas the reinforced webbing loop at the dog's chest is great for gently redirecting your dog if they are pulling on the lead.
The harness features four points of adjustment so you can quickly and easily find a secure fit for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Whilst the sturdy side-release buckles make popping it on and off everyday easy.
A small secure pocket provides the perfect place to attach and neatly tuck away your dog's ID tags so they don't get lost, damaged or caught whilst your pup is exploring, giving you peace of mind that if they somehow manage to run too far, they can quickly be identified. It also doubles as a great emergency pocket for poo bags; there's plenty of space to keep a couple folded up neatly inside, just in case you're ever caught out.
Reflective trims across the harness help to boost visibility in low light, whether walking near roads or simply to help keep track of them during off-lead escapades at night.
