What is it made of?
The Cuesta harness is constructed from a high-tech blend of UHMW polyethene, high tenacity PES, aircraft-grade aluminium, acetal buckles, and padded with EVA foam.
High-tenacity polyester is known for its toughness and resistance to stretching, providing added strength to key areas of the harness. By incorporating this material, the Cuesta harness maintains its shape and structural integrity even under significant stress.
UHMW polyethene (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is renowned for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and abrasion resistance. It's commonly used in applications where high durability and low friction are crucial, making it an ideal choice for the structural integrity of the harness.

Meanwhile, the two back loops sit flush with the harness, making it backpack-compatible for those longer climbs where you need to carry extra gear.
Thanks to the extra wide, lightweight waist belt and leg loops, you can feel like you get a comfy hug. They are wide enough to distribute pressure evenly and lightweight enough to let you move freely. Plus, they're laminated for extra durability, so you can wear the harness for hours without feeling weighed down or uncomfortable.
