90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Zoleo™ Universal Mount Kit secures the Satellite Communicator in place on vehicle or vessel windshields and charges it at the same time!

The kit includes a USB DC charger which can be used with any 12-24V power source and a RAM® Twist-Lock™ Suction Cup Mount that makes it easy to set up and gives a strong hold against glass and non-porous plastic surfaces. The RAM® Mount has a ball adapter with a threaded steel stud for action cameras, and the adjustable arm gives you the option to adapt the height for a clear display at your desired angle.

This kit also includes the complete Zoleo™ Cradle Kit, which includes a Main Cradle to secure and protect the Zoleo device, designed with a locking tab that makes it easy to clip in and remove when you need to. The Belt Clip insert allows you to wear the device on a belt for on-the-go use, and the Strap Mount insert can secure the device flat against backpacks. Finally, the Camera Mount insert can secure the device to any universal camera mount, which is ideal for using it with other RAM mounts and general accessories.
