90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Drybag Ultra 13?

It's an ultralight and versatile 13-litre drybag ideal for organising and protecting various gear in your backpack. Its lightweight, translucent design makes it ideal for grabbing kit in a hurry during adventures when weight and pack size are a priority.

What is it made from?

The drybag is made from an ultralight 20D ripstop recycled nylon with a silicone/ PU coating. This thin material is deliberately translucent to allow you to easily distinguish the bag's content without opening it. Though lightweight, it still boasts excellent levels of durability for its weight, allowing the bag to withstand frequent use. The silicone/ PU coating and fully taped seams offer excellent wet weather protection whilst also preventing any accidental spillages from reaching another kit in your pack.

The material is also bluesign® approved, meaning it's manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.

What are its features?

The bag offers 13 litres of storage, ideal for various items of gear from belay jackets to sleeping bags. A round bottom design helps make full use of every inch of space inside the bag, whilst a convenient handle at the bottom makes it easy to whip the contents out in a hurry.

Its translucent fabric allows you to easily distinguish the bag's contents, saving you time when grabbing need to quickly grab certain items of gear. As mentioned above, this drybag features a silicone/PU coating and fully taped seams and a standard secure roll-top closure to protect the contents. We suggest always folding the top over at least three times to make it watertight; however, please note that this drybag is not submersible.
