What are the Samlaren Assorted Pack Bags?
They are a collection of 4 different-sized, contrasting colour pack bags that are part of Fjallraven's Samlaren series, which helps repurpose leftover fabric, so it doesn't go to waste! They're designed to keep your gear organised and well-packed whilst hiking, trekking and travelling, but they're also super versatile and can be used to store pretty much anything!
Please note: Colours may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee which colour bags you will receive due to the product being made from leftover fabric but don't worry; each bag is made from the same high-quality materials.
What are they made from?
These simple yet highly practical pack bags are made from tough PU-coated Taffeta nylon with a 1,000mm hydrostatic head, meaning they are lightly water resistant but not fully waterproof. They are part of the Fjallraven's Samlaren series, which repurposes leftover fabrics from Fjallraven's mills. It's a clever and eco-conscious use of otherwise wasted fabric, neat, right?
What are their features?
These assorted pack bags are made from contrasting colours to make them easily identifiable in your backpack, helping to keep you organised throughout your travels.
Each bag features a drawcord closure and webbing loop at the top, which can be used to hang the bag up in your tent overnight, on the back of the door whilst you shower, or even attach the bag to the outside of your backpack if you find yourself with particularly wet or smelly kit! The smallest bag is half mesh, allowing you to store everything from trail snacks to stinky socks!
For added practicality, all of the bags can be stored inside the smallest bag when not in use, so even if you don't need them for every day of your adventure, you can keep them in the bottom of your rucksack, ready for when you do!
