90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Switch Stove System?

It's a high-performance outdoor cooking system with a user-friendly design that makes cooking and outdoor coffee making a doddle. The Switch Stove System is incredibly versatile and can operate in different temperatures for year-round use.

What are its features?

The pressure regulator within this system provides fuel efficiency, even in cold conditions or at higher altitudes, whole improving flame control for more precise cooking and water boiling.

An included flip-out pot support allows you to use the MSR switch pot, or other pots depending on their size. With this system, you also get a hemispherical pot, the patent-pending round bottom Switch pot, which heats faster and more evenly than conventional flat-bottomed camping cook pots.

A ring stand on the burner makes placing the pot on the stove easier and more secure. Plus, the built-in piezo lighter makes ignition quick and straightforward.

The entire set includes the Switch™ stove, Switch™ pot with a lid and cork cosy, plastic nestic bowl, canister stand, and a PackTowl® cleaning cloth for keeping your stove in good shape, helping it to last longer. When packed together, you also have room to nest a 4oz IsoPro fuel canister (not included), making this set easy to store in a backpack or kit bag.
