What are the Rush TRK GTX Boots?
Whether you’re heading out for a short walk in the mountains or a multi day trek, the Rush TRK GTX boots from Scarpa will be your go-to! They’re exceptionally comfortable, lightweight and stable – everything you need for hiking in the UK!
What are they made of?
Upper: The upper is made of a combination of suede and fabric to balance durability, comfort and breathability. The tough suede is reinforced around the toe with a thick rubber rand to deal with knocks and bumps along the trail.
Membrane: Underneath these fabrics lies a fully waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane, keeping your feet dry and protected in our typically wet and boggy UK conditions.
Midsole and Outsole: Keeping you firmly planted is a PRESA rubber sole made with a high-grip and durable compound, pronounced heel and hiking-oriented lugs, which helps you brake on descents and grip on climbs. Inside the boot is a 3D EVA shock absorber and TPU frame. This sole perfectly balances durability and grip, whether you're walking in the slop or on dry, hardpacked gravel.
What are the features?
The ankle cuff provides excellent support and protection without compromising on comfort. The Autofit 3D Collar uses padded fabrics to stabilize the entire foot without pressure points. The loop on the back of the ankle cuff acts like a shoehorn and allows you to pull on the boots easily.
