What are the Rapid XT?
They’re durable, leather approach shoes designed for outdoor lifestyles and climbers walking to their route. The Rapid XT shoes are specially designed for approach yet can also be used for light hikes and trails.
What are they made of?
The upper of these shoes uses a combination of water-resistant suede, which is incredibly durable and abrasion-resistant, and mesh for extra ventilation.
A stretch-textile lining feels smooth and provides ample comfort without adding excessive weight or bulk.
These shoes come with Ortholite® insoles for maximum cushioning, support, and comfort underfoot.
The Vibram® MegaGrip sole with climbing zones at the toes and a specialised Brake System at the rear ensure stability and grip on solid or rocky terrain.
What are their features?
These shoes have an all-round TPU rand to protect your feet from smashing against rocks and jagged edges.
Large, ergonomic shaping at the toe ensures your feet have plenty of room to spread out, improving stability naturally. Innovative shaping of these shoes also follows the conformation of the foot for a more precise fit.
Lastly, built-in Scarpa EXO technology uses lateral protections, combined with the upper, to create an exoskeleton within the shoe that better protects, supports, and contains the foot.
