90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Mens Pyrenees Hiking Boots are timeless, traditional brown leather boots that offer stability and comfort across varied terrain. These durable and sturdy boots have been created for long days spent trekking in the mountains and are the perfect companion for your outdoor adventures.

What are they made of?

These waterproof boots have been created from premium leather from an LWG-certified tannery. The sole is made from a non-marking rubber, meaning they will not leave any scuffs or marks if you wear them indoors or on more fragile surfaces.

These boots are PFAS-free and use Keen.Dry technology - a breathable, waterproof membrane that offers excellent water repellency without using harmful forever chemicals.

What are the features?

These comfortable boots feature the original Keen fit, offering generous space across the forefoot for your toe to spread naturally. This iconic fit and the removable PU insole create lasting comfort on longer journeys.

These boots combine Keen's iconic toe protection and trail-specific tech to deliver lightweight support, stability and shock absorption to every step. The S3 technology provides support and cushioning, whilst the external stability shank delivers lightweight support on rough terrain.

Traction is provided by the 4mm multi-directional lugs on the sole for versatile use. They also feature a practical speed-lace webbing system and hooks for easy lace adjustment and a comfortably snug fit.

These clever boots are finished with Keen's 'Eco Anti-Odour control' to reduce the build-up of odour without using harmful pesticides. This eco-conscious technology uses naturally occurring probiotics and electrostatically connects them to the shoe linings to stop bacteria from developing.
