What is the Breeze Hood?

It's a simple, lightweight hooded midlayer made from a fast-drying 4-way stretch fabric with UPF >30 sun protection. Lightweight, breathable and highly versatile, it's ideal for trail running, fastpacking, hiking and so much more!

What is it made from?

The Breeze Hood is constructed from OMM's Flexile Strech Nylon fabric, which is comprised of nylon and spandex to create a beautifully soft material with a robust four-way stretch. This soft, Flexile fabric is fast-wicking and quick-drying and features a UPF >30 rating, which provides vital protection from harmful UV rays without causing you to overheat during activity. This makes it perfect for year-round use in both sunny environments and cooler high-altitude climates.

What are its features?

The Breeze Hood features a close-fitting hood and sculpted body shape for minimal excess fabric and bulk. The extended drop tail hem prevents it from riding up under a pack as you're moving fast. Flatlocked seams and raglan sleeves help eliminate chafing and discomfort when wearing a running vest or backpack.

Thumb loops help provide added coverage and warmth across the hands and also make slipping on a shell over the hoodie easier. Finally, reflective details increase visibility in low-light settings for added road safety.
