What is it made from?
The High Coast Wind Hoodie is made from recycled lightweight and pliant polyester. Though recycled, this material makes no compromises! This stretchy fabric feels smooth against the skin and has lesser bulk than standard materials, making it ideal for longer days on the hill and various other outdoor activities.
This lightweight fabric is quick-drying and moisture-wicking, making it ideal if you get caught in a quick rain shower or start to work up a sweat on your adventure. It also helps shield you from cold winds, making your adventure more enjoyable, even in blustery conditions.
What are its features?
An adjustable snug-fitting hood helps shield you from the sun and provides light wind protection. A full-length front zip and roomy fit offer good levels of ventilation that can easily be tailored to suit the activity.
For storage, there are two top-loading pockets; the right one doubles as a pack bag into which the jacket can be stored when not in use. There are also two zippered hand pockets which offer plenty of space to keep trail snacks, mobile phones and small guidebooks close to hand.
The cuffs feature elastic edging for comfort and stop the sleeves from flapping around in high winds. They also allow you to easily bunch them up to 3/4 length sleeves if you start to get a bit warm.
Finally, the jacket is finished with a drawcord adjustment to the bottom hem to help seal out drafts and stop the jacket from riding up when carrying a heavy backpack.
