What is the Daylite Crossbody Pouch?
It's a versatile crossbody bag made with durable materials for everyday life. The functional design makes it ideal for daily errands, whether running to the farmers market, dog walking, or commuting to work.
What is it made of?
The bag is made with bluesign® approved, 100% recycled polyester. Each part of the bag uses a different fabric denier to help increase durability without adding excessive weight, making it incredibly durable and tough enough to withstand daily use.
The material is impregnated with a PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR), adding to the material's water resistance, encouraging light rain and snow to bead away.
PFC-free means perfluorinated chemical-free. Perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs), used to add water repellent to textiles, aren't able to break down, so once they reach nature via factory water waste, they stay in the ecosystem and contaminate living organisms, working their way up the food chain. PFCs are suspected carcinogens and have been known to affect mammal reproduction and hormone production. Therefore, many leading brands in the outdoor industry are now prioritising cutting out the use of these chemicals entirely to contribute to a more responsible manufacturing process.
The fabric is also bluesign® approved, meaning it's manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.
What are the features?
You can adjust the shoulder strap to enhance the fit and adapt the length to suit your preference. Alternatively, you can remove it completely and transform the bag into an organiser pouch or packing cube.
It also offers multiple ways to wear it, whether over the shoulder or across the body, for function and convenience. You could even wear the bag on your belt!
The main compartment has enough room to accommodate a mobile phone, sunglasses, keys, and a wallet.
At the front, there's a small zipped pocket for additional items, plus a daisy chain detail that you can clip belongings to keep them accessible, such as bags for life, hats, or even a water bottle.
