What is the High Coast Duffel 36?
It's a versatile, robust duffel bag that can also be carried as a backpack for hands-free adventures. Charming, colourful and water resistant, it's ideal for storing all your kit for travelling, casual camping, weekend getaways and even daily trips to the gym.
What is it made from?
Outer: The majority of the High Coast Duffel is made from super tough 210D recycled nylon, which is highly abrasion resistant to withstand the rigour of years of travel. Being recycled, it has a reduced environmental footprint and is a more eco-conscious choice than virgin nylon, yet it's still as tough and long-lasting. This durable face fabric is coated in PU to protect your belongings if caught in an unexpected downpour whilst travelling. The PU coating has an hydrostatic head rating of 10,000mm, allowing it to withstand light rain showers and puddle splashes whilst travelling. However, please note that this duffel does not have taped seams, so the 'entire' bag is not waterproof.
Base: The base is made from the same super tough 210D ripstop nylon. It features a PU membrane with a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm to keep your gear dry when placed on damp ground.
Lining: The High Coast Duffel is lined with a robust recycled Nylon lining, allowing it to accommodate everything from clothing to climbing gear, while helping to reduce this bag's environmental impact.
What are its features?
The High Coast Duffel Bag can be carried as a classic duffel bag or as a backpack for longer journeys or situations when you need your hands free. It features heavy-duty grab handles at the top to carry it by hand; a small buttoned loop helps keep them in place for added convenience. Padded shoulder straps, cushioned back, and base panel improve comfort levels when converted into a backpack. The straps can be neatly stowed away inside a zippered compartment when not in use, providing a sleek and clean aesthetic. This also reduces the risk of the bag’s handles catching or snagging if used as hold luggage.
This practical duffel bag features a clamshell opening, allowing you to see all your gear at a glance and grab the items you need to access easily. For organisation, there is one external zipped pocket for easy access items such as snacks, passports, earphones, etc. Three internal zipped pockets allow you to separate charging cables, power banks, first aid kits and other small personal items, keeping you organised on the go.
