What is the Transporter Squffel 44?
It's a hybrid between a suitcase and a duffel bag, offering optimum organisation and storage for travelling, commuting, and everyday life. The Transporter Squffel is also made with the most durable material combination on the market, ensuring it'll last a lifetime.
What is it made of?
The main body and base are constructed using high-tenacity nylon with ripstop and a NanoTough coating, which is incredibly strong and abrasion-resistant, so this bag can easily withstand being thrown around at the airport.
The lining comprises 210D nylon, which is much lighter yet incredibly robust. This material has a smooth finish to ensure further protection for the contents inside.
All materials are 100% recycled, keeping resources in the loop instead of allowing them to go to waste, and bluesign® approved.
bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.
All materials are also treated with a PFAS-free DWR (durable water repellent) to enhance weather protection by encouraging light rain and snow to bead off the fabric instead of soaking in. However, please note that this doesn't make the bag waterproof.
PFAS-free treatments avoid the use of harmful 'forever' chemicals. PFAS is a toxic chemical known to harm humans and the environment. It was previously commonly used in DWR treatments; however, many outdoor companies are now working to eliminate these chemicals from their production lines to contribute to a more responsible manufacturing process.
What are the features?
The Transporter Squffel features 50/50 case-style packing and a top-loading duffel with dual rollaway dividers. It offers various storage and organisation options to customise your packing methods for each trip.
A ventilated top section works perfectly for separating stinky or wet clothing if you're on the move. Plus, the fully lined bottom section prevents contents from mingling, ensuring your clothes are kept clean.
The zipped end pocket provides quick access to small items and works perfectly for a passport or headphones.
Eight webbing lash points also allow you to secure other duffels to keep them together or extra pieces of kit that you don't want to take up space inside.
Large, lockable U-zip access to the main compartment makes it easy to see all the contents inside your bag. The main compartment is also weather-protected and features a zip path that has an overlapping rain flap to help stop water from seeping through.
An internal zipped mesh pocket provides extra organisation for small or valuable items, and the squared shape of this bag also makes it easier and more efficient to pack into cars, other bags, or even for storing at home.
The carry system features a handy removable stowaway harness, allowing you to wear this bag like a backpack for hands-free carry. It has a full yoke and contoured, padded harness straps for optimum comfort.
