What is the Edge 26?
The Edge 26 is the king of versatility. Need a pack for the commute to work but also weekend adventures into the hills? Here's the answer! It contains all the essential features to allow you to organise and protect your kit when going about your daily duties, yet works just as well when heading off into the countryside thanks to the comfortable back system and tough fabrics.
What is it made of?
The Edge is made from an ultra-tough 420D polyester throughout. This fabric is durable, abrasion-resistant and features a HydroShield coating for added weather-resistance.
What is the backsystem?
The Edge uses Lowe's Air Contour back system. This features thick, comfortable sections of foam covered with mesh; this prevents items jabbing you in the back but also creates air gaps between the foam, allowing warm air to escape and cool air to circulate. A waistbelt keeps the pack close to you when commuting or walking and a sternum strap keeps the shoulder straps in place.
What are its features?
The Edge is jam-packed with features to make it suitable for virtually any outdoor activity. You've got a padded sleeve to fit a laptop up to 15", a hydration sleeve, a front zipped pocket designed to fit a folded OS map, a zipped top pocket for items you need to get to quickly, loops to carry two walking poles, two stretchy side pockets for bottles, side compression straps to stop things rattling about when not fully packed and a custom bike light loop with reflective details.
